Submission Guidelines
- One Submission per Day: To ensure efficient and equitable service, we ask that you submit one letter per 24 hours.
- Operating Days: We are available to accept submissions Friday to Tuesday. Our service is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The last submission on Tuesdays is accepted until 09:00 AM EU Time.
